AI customer agent that answers and resolves support conversations over chat, email, voice and messaging channels, either natively inside the Intercom helpdesk or on top of other help desks such as Salesforce, HubSpot and Freshdesk. It runs on the vendor's own Apex model suite.
Pricing: $0.99 per outcome (resolutions, procedure handoffs, disqualifications and self-serve routings; qualifications are $9.99). On the Intercom helpdesk add $29 per helpdesk seat per month (Lite seats free); on another help desk there is a 50-outcomes-per-month minimum. 14-day free trial without a card.
Zendesk AI agents
AI agents built into the Zendesk service suite that handle customer requests over messaging, email and voice and are billed per automated resolution. Zendesk also sells Forethought's AI agents, acquired in March 2026, which can run on other service platforms.
Pricing: AI agents are included in every Support and Suite plan: Support Team $19, Suite Team $55 and Suite Professional $115 per agent per month billed annually ($25, $69 and $149 billed monthly). Plans include 5 automated resolutions per agent per month (10 on Suite Professional); extra resolutions cost $1.50 committed or $2.00 pay-as-you-go. 14-day trial.
