The core is MIT-licensed with an enterprise directory under a separate license, and it can be self-hosted or used as a hosted plan.
Pricing: Hosted plans per agent per month: Hacker $0 (up to 2 agents, 500 conversations, no Captain AI), Startups $19, Business $39 and Enterprise $99, with 300, 500 and 800 Captain AI credits a month; extra credits cost $20 per 1,000. The open-source edition can be self-hosted for free and hosted plans have a 15-day trial.
