Platform for building and deploying LLM-based support agents with a hosted studio, a conversation-metered pricing model and a public MIT-licensed monorepo of SDKs and integrations. It integrates with help desks such as Intercom, Zendesk, HubSpot and Salesforce.
Pricing: Free plan with 25 conversations a month; Plus is $150 per month billed annually (250 conversations, extra packs of 100 for $65) and Team is $750 (1,500 conversations, packs of 100 for $50), each with LLM usage partly included. Enterprise is custom.
