How a Plaid support lead built an SLA dashboard with Replit Agent

A Plaid employee who manages support packages built a Zendesk-based SLA and uptime dashboard with Replit during a company hackathon. It replaced a manual monthly reporting routine.

The problem

Tracking SLA commitments meant reviewing uptime dashboards, building reports and answering the same questions by hand every month. Colleagues had no self-serve way to look up SLA status.

How they did it

  1. Saw a Replit demo at Plaid's annual hackathon.
  2. Built a new support dashboard on top of existing Zendesk data during a short build session.
  3. Included summary metrics, a ticket view with SLA status, uptime by package and a glossary of support terms.

Results

  • As reported by Replit: '96+' hours saved and '10x' faster data access.
  • The dashboard came out of a '2' hour build-a-thon.
  • Early estimates put the saving at almost a full business day each month.

As reported by the source (Replit customer story); AgentGid did not measure these figures.

Takeaway. Give non-engineers a hackathon slot and an app-building agent to automate a recurring report they own.
AgentGid's take

This suits a support or ops lead who already has Zendesk data and a clear report to replace, since a short build session was enough here and no coding was described. The saving figures are Replit's own, so measure your own hours before relying on them. Replit Agent is Free + $20/mo; Base44 is also Free + $20/mo, and it is the only one of these tools with a growing usage trend.
