• claude ultrareview now requires workspace trust; pass --trust-workspace or set CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_ULTRAREVIEW_TRUST_CHECK=1
• sed -i now shows standard Bash prompt instead of file-edit preview and is not restored by /rewind
