• Fixed model switching issues: context window changes now summarize conversations with the previous model first, and switching to models with application-inference-profile in the name no longer triggers unnecessary comm
• Fixed vim mode: Escape now cancels only from NORMAL mode in text fields, and INSERT mode no longer persists after Escape on busy machines.
• Fixed permission and tool handling: plugin and skill hook sources now show in permission prompts, cut-off tool calls mid-turn are reported correctly, and PreToolUse hooks no longer refuse artifact updates.
• Added % motion in vim mode to jump to matching brackets, rows field for multi-line text input in mods, and OpenTelemetry classifier_verdict, permission_mode and classifier_category to tool decision events.
• Fixed binary file reading, Markdown table rendering when too wide, Grep and Glob error reporting, and stray terminal characters on older VTE and iTerm2.
