Check before you update

• allowedMcpServers no longer filters managed-mcp.json stdio servers using ${VAR} only in env; use deniedMcpServers to block them.
• Plugins mounted by path no longer keep allowed-tools when organization sets allowManagedPermissionRulesOnly.
• /artifacts delete confirmation changed: 1 or Enter to keep, 2 to delete, Esc to cancel; y and n no longer work.
