AI agent platform for support teams with a Solve agent that resolves tickets over chat, email, voice, API and Slack, plus Triage, Discover, QA and Assist products. Zendesk markets it as Forethought AI agents by Zendesk and it can run on other service platforms.
Pricing: No public prices: the pricing page describes a blend of platform access fees and outcome-based charges and refers buyers to sales for a quote. It offers a Proof of Value instead of a free trial.
Rasa
Framework and platform for building voice and chat assistants that can be self-hosted: the open-source Rasa framework (Apache-2.0) and the open-core Rasa Pro / Rasa Platform. A free Developer Edition license covers one bot with capped monthly conversations.
Pricing: Free Developer Edition license usable locally or in production for one bot with up to 1,000 external or 100 internal conversations a month, with community support. Rasa Platform with premium support is contact-sales only.
