FAST.com
Netflix's ad-free internet speed test that starts on page load and measures download speed, with upload speed and loaded/unloaded latency on request.
It tests against the same Netflix servers that stream video, and its loaded-latency figure exposes bufferbloat that simple speed tests miss.

For your agent
No official API. An agent should not scrape the site: use it by hand.
- No public API, no official npm/PyPI package, no open-source repo or self-hosted version (CLI wrappers you find are unofficial); Netflix only lets select partners integrate the test, so link users to fast.com rather than calling its backend.
- Do not call FAST.com's backend from your own app; there is no public API
- Do not present results as certified bandwidth measurements
Paste into your agent: Read https://agentgid.com/resources/fast-com/agent.md before using FAST.com.
What you can build
- A support page or troubleshooting bot that sends users to fast.com and asks them to paste the download and loaded-latency numbers
- A home-network checklist app that explains bufferbloat using the loaded vs unloaded latency FAST.com shows
