archive.today
A web page archive: save a snapshot of any page (text plus a screenshot copy) under a short permanent link, and search saved snapshots by domain or URL.
It keeps frozen, script-free copies of pages that later change or vanish, so you can see what a page said on a given day.

For your agent
No official API. An agent should not scrape the site: use it by hand.
- No official API or SDK could be confirmed; the home page shows URL patterns (archive.ph/<host>, archive.ph/*.<host>, archive.ph/<exact url>) for searching snapshots in a browser, but the FAQ and other pages answer bots with HTTP 429 and a CAPTCHA, so do not automate it.
- Do not script requests: the site rate-limits and shows a CAPTCHA to automated clients
- Saved pages are copies of third-party content; their rights stay with the original publishers
Paste into your agent: Read https://agentgid.com/resources/archive-today/agent.md before using archive.today.
What you can build
- A citation helper that links to an existing archive.today snapshot next to a source URL
- A research note template that records both the live URL and a manually saved snapshot link
