## Rules for an agent

- REST at https://api.firma.dev with the API key in the Authorization header (a testing-mode key is free); Data MCP https://mcp.firma.dev/mcp uses OAuth, and the read-only Docs MCP https://docs.firma.dev/mcp needs no auth.
- Service stops when the prepaid credit balance reaches zero; enable auto top-up for production
- Unused credits are only refundable within 3 days of a mistaken purchase
- Firma does not verify signer identity or document legality; the customer is responsible
